TERMS!

Please read through these terms thoroughly.
It is important that you have read the terms before inquiring.

1. Lucky Lab owns full rights to their works. There is strictly NO SALE OR REPRODUCTION FOR PERSONAL WORKS
Commercial Purposes will be charged double the client's total2. We require a down payment or full payment before starting the design.3. Designs will be processed within 5-20 days. Any rush orders will be charged an additional 50% of the client's total4. All designs must be given credit, never claim them as your own.5. All notice/pubmat designs will be watermarked with ‘DESIGNED BY LUCKY LAB’ except for private orders.6. Requesting for the PSD file (for editing purposes) will have an additional charge of 150 PHP7. Unlicensed reproduction and plagiarism of our works are strictly prohibited.8. We will do our best in finishing your designs on time. However, please do keep in mind that we are still students. As a client, you are also responsible to reply to our DMs.9. We have the right to reject commission requests due to the content of your request or due to our schedule. We do not take NSFW, Academic or Discriminatory content.10. We DO NOT accept any requests to use licensed characters (ex: Sanrio, Miffy, Barbie, Sonny Angels)11. Please provide high-quality photos. If a photo from a fansite is being used, please provide proof of approval from the fansite. Any concept/theme must be explained in detail, or with reference in order to have an organized design process.12. strictly no cancellations once the production of the design has started.
• if you wish to cancel your design, there is a cancellation fee of 150 PHP along with 50% of your total.13. There are only up to 5 minor revisions. Exceeding revisions require a charge of 50 PHP per revision14. By availing of our services, you are allowing us to include the designs in our portfolio. If you wish to keep your request/s private, there will be additional fees.15. Should there be any similarities with other people's existing designs, or should there be any dissatisfaction with me or my works, please consult with me before creating unnecessary posts.16. In the case of a personal emergency, Lucky Lab has the right to cancel the project and provide a refund to the client.17. 10% off for every returning client!

A: No, clients are highly encouraged to send sketches, pegs and references. We want the client to be as specific and detailed as they can be with regards to the outcome of the design.Q: What is your business hours and how long do I have to wait to get a reply?
A: Lucky Lab operates every Monday-Friday, from 9AM-10PM. We may take long to reply to any DMs. You can bump with an emoji if you don't receive any reply or message reaction from me after 24 hours.Q: I want to request a design for something but I can't see it on your price list
